The Dunkin’ Donuts hearing on its mandamus action against Lower Merion Township is being heard today in Norristown at 1 PM in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Cheryl Gelber, Teri Simon and a Shortridge Civic Association representative will be attending. Dunkin’ Donuts is asking that the court order Lower Merion to issue building permits so that it can begin to renovate the old bank building at the corner of Penn Road and Wynnewood Road into a Dunkin’ Donuts facility.
