Stadium Lights on Arnold Field
When the Lower Merion High School Boosters sought to have stadium lights installed on historic Arnold Field, the Wynnewood Civic Association reached out to residents abutting the field. The consensus indicated residents did not want night games and the WCA reached out to the school and boosters. Following many meetings and frank discussions, the lights were not installed.
Fences Along Hathaway Lane (behind Audi dealership going in on Lancaster Ave)
The WCA has been meeting with the Audi site developers, ensuring that residents along this new dealership would not be overwhelmed by their lights. A gorgeous and sturdy fence has been installed and the lights have been put on timers and aimed in such a way as not to interfere with the residents’ quality of life
