Q&A with Lower Merion’s newest commissioners:
April 24th at 7 p.m. at Merion Tribute House
COME ONE, COME ALL — on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 7 pm to the Merion Tribute House to meet Lower Merion’s four new commissioners!
This meeting is being sponsored jointly by the Gladwyne, Merion and Wynnewood Civic Associations as part of our attempt to inform our neighbors about critical issues facing Lower Merion.
Speakers:
Commissioner Mike McKeon of Ward 3
Commissioner Anthony Stevenson of Ward 4
Commissioner Andy Gavrin of Ward 6
Commissioner Todd Sinai of Ward 12.
Principal topic of the evening will be development and its impact on quality of life issues such as traffic, infrastructure, the preservation of green space and the impact on our schools.
In addition, many residents are concerned about the lack of affordable housing in the township. Finally, residents are also interested in learning about the progress being made in writing the new zoning code.
A Q and A session will follow the commissioners’ presentations, and as an added sweetener, light refreshments — small sandwiches, cookies and beverages, will be served starting at 7 p.m.
Please join us and meet the new commissioners and your neighbors from other parts of the township and get educated on what’s happening in Lower Merion!
Merion Tribute House is located at 625 Hazelhurst Ave., Merion Station
