Many of you may have heard or read about the lawsuit filed recently against the Lower Merion School District by attorney Arthur Wolk.
Mr. Wolk, a resident of Gladwyne for 25 years, filed his class action suit in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court on behalf of himself and all property owners in Lower Merion Township.
The lawsuit impacts everyone who pays school real estate taxes and/or who has children in the Lower Merion school system and we urge you to read the documents and familiarize yourself with the issues involved.
In order to facilitate that process we are posting a copy of the lawsuit, the school board’s response and articles from the Main Line Times and the Philadelphia Inquirer.
