Join us at our Annual Meeting, 75th Anniversary Celebration and Holiday Party on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at 3 PM at All Saints’ Church at Montgomery Avenue and Gypsy Lane in Wynnewood. We’ll be gathering in the Parish Hall which you enter through the church’s side entrance.
At the meeting, we’ll elect our new officers and directors for 2012. Teri Simon is remaining as president and will be joined by Daniel D’Aquila as first vice president; Carole Strickland as second vice president; Barbara Bruenner as secretary; Perry Hamilton as treasurer and Lorraine Lopresto as assistant treasurer.
The WCA is delighted to welcome the following new board members: Benjamin Driscoll, Lauren Fenning, DuPont Guerry, Susan Hansen-Flaschen; Bonita (Bonnie) Hays; Mary Higgins; Jeff Kahn; Anthony Lame; Melanie Richins and Alison Brady Smith.
The afternoon will be one of fun, festivity and celebration! It is open to all WCA members. If you are not a member, please join the WCA and plan to attend this great event. You will learn about your community and the extraordinary value of civic engagement, and you’ll have a terrific opportunity to meet some very interesting and involved neighbors. From the WCA to all — as this is being written, it is Thanksgiving.
