The residence located at 255 Fairhill Rd. will be demolished, the site sub-divided and two new houses constructed on the two new lots if the township approves a recently filed land use application.
Local developer Mike Freedman filed the application on January 17, 2020.
Mr. Freedman will be at WCA’s February 18th meeting to present details of his plan and answer any questions about it.
