Kimco Realty has big plans for Suburban Square and while these plans are very much in the early stages, they’ve been sending representatives to area civic groups to present their ideas and gather feedback. Some of the bigger proposed changes are an increase in the size of Trader Joe’s and a four storey parking garage on the Coulter Rd/Glenn Road parking lot.
