The next meeting of the Lower Merion Township Zoning Hearing Board is scheduled for this Thursday, September 12, 2013. All meetings are at 7:15 PM at the Township Administration Building at 75 E Lancaster Ave, Ardmore, unless otherwise noted. On the agenda is Federal Realty’s proposal to re-open their appeal of the 1953 development conditions.
