Lower Merion just reported that the court (in a one-line order) denied Dunkin’ Donuts motion for mandamus or extraordinary relief! That means the decision of the township to send Dunkin’ Donuts to the zoning hearing board for a special exception (before issuing building permits) stands. It will be interesting to see whether this decision is appealed — if, in fact — it can be. Stay tuned.
